• The Remote Control for the EB1304NET Is Not Responding
  • This is caused when Multiple Remote function is turned on in the DVR. On the bottom of the screen, you will see ID followed by a number. Hit the function button on the remote, then choose the corresponding ID number to bind the remote to the DVR. To turn off Multiple Remote, go into Menu, then Submenu, and turn off Multiple Remote.

• A Message Saying "Hard Disk Full" is Displayed on the Screen
  • Go to Menu> Hard Drive Setup> Overwrite Enabled> Yes to enable the unit to overwrite the hard drive when it is full. The overwrite will start with the oldest information on the hard drive.
