I bought this dvr to replace my old one that was installed by a big company I will not mention. It plugged right in to my old cameras and when I pushed the power button it powered up and started recording. When I called tech support to get help with watching my cameras from home Alex was very helpful, and he was able to set my system up for me. so far, I really like it and the pictures are much better than before.
